By creating an account or using KiVolve ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KiVolve is a job-discovery and application-tracking platform that surfaces job listings, tracks your applications, and offers an AI career assistant. Free and paid ("Premium") tiers are available, with Premium unlocking additional features including AI-powered resume tools, ATS assistance, visa/relocation guidance, and related content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to work in the jurisdictions you apply to, and KiVolve is not responsible for verifying your eligibility.

4. Third-Party Job Listings

KiVolve links to job postings and application pages hosted by third-party employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing, and we are not a party to any employment relationship formed as a result of using the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated resume edits, cover letters, ATS feedback, and career guidance are provided as assistance only, may contain errors, and do not constitute legal, immigration, or professional career advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Payment

Premium features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

7. Communications Consent

By providing your WhatsApp number and opting in, you consent to receive account, application, and engagement-related messages from KiVolve via WhatsApp and/or email. You may withdraw consent at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KiVolve is not liable for any hiring decisions, visa outcomes, or damages arising from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
